From Friday 20th – Sunday 22nd April, the Mailbox will be treating visitors to a weekend full of interiors inspiration on Level 1. In association with Real Homes magazine, design lovers will be able to enjoy a packed programme of home and lifestyle themed interactive seminars and workshops.
Expect to meet iconic influencers from the world of interiors to learn all about their experiences and the inspiration behind their signature pieces, before learning how to turn your vision into a reality in expert-led masterclasses based on the latest trends.

Friday 20th April
Cookery demonstration with Gaggenau, 12pm at Kitchen Gallery
Join Kitchen Gallery in their showroom on Level 1 of the Mailbox for the Gaggenau experience…
Chef, Sharon Dodsworth, will be on hand to create a delicious three course meal whilst demonstrating the finest Gaggenau appliances in Kitchen Gallery’s beautiful showroom. With just 15 spaces, this intimate session will give you the chance to sample the chef’s mouthwatering menu while watching Gaggenau appliances in action and assessing their quality and performance.

At Home With…Osborne and Little, 12:30pm at Wesley Barrell
As they celebrate 50 years in design, join leading wallpaper and fabric brand, Osborne and Little, to learn about this season’s biggest interior trends. In this interactive masterclass, Eva Moriarty will be guiding you through their new collection, inspired by the Italian Riviera, while demonstrating how to combine multiple fabrics and incorporate colour, pattern and texture into your home. Staged in the intimate BoConcept showroom, guests can explore the flavours of four exquisite wines with a complementary cheeseboard, while in the elegant surroundings of luxury Scandinavian design.

How To Decorate Your Home With Style With Kate Watson-Smyth, 11am – 12pm
Join us for an interactive Q&A with best-selling author, journalist and award-winning interiors blogger, Kate Watson-Smyth, as she shares her wealth of experience in home design. Helping you make the most of your space – be it a house, apartment or single room – Kate will share her expert practical tips and tricks from her new book, Mad About The House, to ensure every corner of your room reaches its maximum potential.
So whether it’s mastering the rules of rug layout, learning the do’s and don’t’s of buying a sofa, getting the lighting just right or selecting colours that work, don’t miss out on this free-to-attend session. Following the Q&A, Kate will be selling (cash only) and signing copies of her new book in the Heal’s showroom from 12pm – 12.30pm.

Floral Arrangement Workshop with Bloom Collective, 1pm – 2.30pm
Bring the sights and smells of spring into the house, as Bloom Collective help you flourish in floral design. Join us at 1pm on Saturday 21st April on Level 1 in the Mailbox for a masterclass in bouquet arrangement. Learn about the latest trends in floristry, while creating a blossoming hand tied display to take away and freshen up your home.

Do you have a vision for your family home but don’t quite know where to start? We’ve enlisted multi-award winning UK home interiors blogger, Jen Stanbrook from Love Chic Living, to share her tips on creating a stylish family home that doesn’t cost the earth. In this free-to-attend session, Jen will talk you through the process of researching your dream scheme for a room and what tools you can use to create both physical and virtual moodboards. Located on Level 1 in the Mailbox at 2pm on Saturday 21st April, this event is free-to-attend but places are limited.

Calligraphy Workshop with Feather and Flourish, 4pm – 6.30pm at Heal’s showroom
Join Heather from Feather & Flourish at 4pm on Saturday 21st April for an introduction to modern calligraphy. Included in the ticket price of £35 per person is an essential starter kit to take away and master your skills at home. Located in the Heal’s showroom, Heather will guide you through modern calligraphy and lettering skills using your new tools, so you can grasp the basics and start to develop your personal style.

Renovating Your Home with Mailbox, 11am – 12pm
Renovating your home can be a rewarding but equally challenging and daunting project to take on. It’s the perfect way to create your dream home but where do you start? What do you do if things don’t go to plan? And how much budget should you allocate?
We’ve brought together three homeowners, turned Instagram influencers, who’ve taken on renovation projects and asked them to share their experiences and answer your questions in an open, honest and interactive Q&A.
