Exclusive Tom Aikens & Lake District Farmers Dinner

Join Tom Aikens at Tom’s Kitchen on Tuesday 17th October from 7pm where he will be joined by their meat suppliers, The Lake District Farmers. The experts will be hosting a butchery demonstration followed by a delicious five course beef dinner.
Learn about the beef farmer’s journey through the dishes and enjoy matching wines with each course. The sumptuous five course dinner includes a 63° Poached Cacklebean Egg, Beef Tartar and Short Horn Fillet of Beef to name just a few.
