Since 2004, The Mailbox has been home to BBC Birmingham which hosts many popular shows such as The Archers and Midlands Today, as well as BBC WM and Asian Network. Come and take a look for yourself, visit our Public Space and peek through the studio windows to see our presenters in action.  We are open every day and free to visit.

Ever fancied yourself as a TV presenter? Now’s your chance! Visit our popular interactive area and read and record a news item or weather report. Once you’re done, why not   pop into the BBC shop where you can purchase show memorabilia and much more.

And if you’d like to see even more of your local BBC, then a studio tour is for you.  BBC Tour guides offer a fascinating insight into the programmes originating from BBC Birmingham and share the secrets of getting a programme from script to screen.
