New Route and Access through The Mailbox

Birmingham’s premier shopping and lifestyle destination The Mailbox is totally transforming to bring you the ultimate luxury retail experience.

During the refurbishment, the retail space (Levels 3 & 5) will not be accessible, however, we will do our best to minimise any disruption to you. Whilst the central mall is closed, visitors will need to use Severn Street to get between the retail and the canalside.
