Terms and conditions

• All applicants will be liable for a CRB check should they be chosen.
• There will be an element of physical contact between model and artist.
• Those chosen will need to spend two days with the artist for the work to be correctly produced.
• The competition is based on appearance, personality and on credentials as a good citizen of the Midlands.
• The competition will abide by the data protection act and your information will not be passed to any third parties.
• All applicants will be contacted to say whether they have been successful or not.
• Photographs submitted will not be returned.
• Successful applicants will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement.
• Successful applicants will not be permitted to see the finished artwork until its official unveiling at The Cube.
