Terms and Conditions:

Two competition winners will receive a letter by post confirming their prize and must therefore contact The Mailbox Marketing Team on telephone number: 0121 632 1000 or email marcus@mailboxlife.com in order to allocate a suitable date/time to redeem. Prizes must be redeemed during a weekday Monday – Friday.  Prize-winners will be drawn on Thursday 1 March 2012.

Winners must be aged 18 years or over, provide a valid form of identification (ie passport or driving license) and reside in the UK. The prize must be spent in The Mailbox Birmingham and no cash prize alternative will be available.

This prize is non-transferable and in the case of a dispute, the decision by The Mailbox is final. [The Mailbox reserves the right to alter, modify or withdraw the offer or conditions].

General Information

The retail store opening hours are between 10am and 6pm Monday – Wednesday, 10am – 7pm Thursday – Saturday & 11am – 5pm Sunday. Bars and restaurants opening hours are between 10am till late. Times may vary, please check with individual stores and restaurants for opening times.
