All clients will undergo a private consultation to determine current fitness levels. iGnite will then develop a bespoke excise plan based on specific goals; whether that is fat loss, focusing on specific areas like core strength and flexibility or an overall body workout.
Ignite Health and Performance also cater for those who want to improve their sport performance such as golf, football, running and cycling. And if you would like to inject some fun into your routine and are willing to work hard to see those results, then the group class, Fit For Function Bootcamp is for you.
These are particularly great for self-motivation and cater for those who want to push themselves. Classes are limited to 15 people, so book your place in advance to avoid disappointment.
