At The Mailbox we believe parking with us is your best and easiest option when visiting the city and we are only a 2-minute walk from New Street and New Street Train station.

Apart from our car park being the most convenient route on and off Smallbrook Queensway with numerous pedestrian entry points, you also have unlimited access 24 hours a day 7 days a week!

Not to mention our friendly dedicated car park customer service team are here on hand 24 hours a day to answer or assist with any queries, you can rest assured your vehicle will be in the safest hands in the city as our car park is security patrolled, well lit and has CCTV camera surveillance throughout to watch over your vehicle.  Our parking bays are also that little bit bigger than most – perfect for getting all your shopping into the car.

As well as our 689 car parking bays we also have separate bays for the disabled and a ‘Bike Park’ on all three levels.

The Mailbox is currently offering a five-day season ticket to the first 100 applicants from Monday to Friday at an amazing £150 per calendar month.

In addition, H20 the car valeting company based at The Mailbox is offering a one complimentary introductory two star valet for new season ticket holders.

Season ticket payments can alternatively be made annually at £1800 or quarterly at £450 (payable in advance), all major credit cards accepted.
